For the Raspberry Coconut Dream, whip the whipped cream until firm. Then whip Rama Cremefine until firm and gently mix both with the sour cream, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
Dissolve gelatin powder in two tablespoons of lukewarm water, stir two tablespoons of the mixture into the gelatin and then stir everything into the white mixture.
Line a cake mold base with biscuits (soak each biscuit very briefly in raspberry juice), spread some mixture on top, place biscuits in the opposite direction to the previous layer, foam mixture on top again, biscuits, foam mixture, finish with foam mixture.
Cover and place in refrigerator for several hours. Then sprinkle densely with coconut and serve!
