For the potato and asparagus gratin, peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces. Fry both lightly and add whipped cream.
Season with paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and parsley. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 220 °C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
