For the meat loaf, peel the onion and dice finely.

Soak the bread and squeeze it well. Finely chop the liver, mix with minced meat, egg and the onion cubes and bread. Season the dough with salt, pepper, chili powder, cinnamon and brandy.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Pour meat dough into a greased baking dish. Cut bacon into thin slices and place on top. Bake for 50 minutes, after 2/3 of the baking time cover with aluminum foil if necessary.

Turn out the meat loaf from the mold, let it cool and serve.
