For the jelly, first grate or pound a few slices of pumpernickel to make a mixture that resembles breadcrumbs. Grate milk chocolate and mix with the bread.
In a bowl, sprinkle three tablespoons of the bread-chocolate mixture, top with a layer of creamed cottage cheese or curd and/or cream. Repeat layer by layer until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of cream curd and a few tablespoons of currant jelly. Chill the jelly and then serve.
