Rinse long grain rice and mix with 1 tbsp ghee in a wok. Saffron threads melt in the water and add together with the cinnamon stick, cloves, ground cloves, cardamom pods and ground cardamom. Cover and bring to a boil. Then gently simmer over a gentle heat with the lid on for 20 minutes. Heat the remaining ghee in a frying pan. Roast the diced chicken breast fillet in it until cooked. Add the meat to the long grain rice in the wok and cook for a little while. If necessary, season a little with salt.
