Chocolate Walnut Wafers with Vanilla Whipped Cream

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Grease grease pan (about 32 x 39 cm), dust with flour. Finely grate chocolate. Separate eggs. Mix sugar, 1 pkg. vanilla sugar and fat until creamy. Fold in egg yolks one by one. Mix chocolate, nuts and baking powder, fold in alternately with liqueur. Whip egg whites until stiff, fold in portions at a time.

Spread the batter on the grease pan. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Cool down.

Cut the dough into quarters to make 4 rectangles. Cut each rectangle 1 x horizontally. Whip 1000 g whipped cream in portions until stiff, adding 4 pkg. vanilla sugar and sauce powder. Spread 3/4 of vanilla whipped cream on lower pastry sheets. Place top sheets on top. Spread remaining vanilla whipped cream on top. Chill for approx. 30 minutes.

Knead marzipan and powdered sugar together, cut into quarters. Roll out each quarter into a rectangle (approx. 16 x 18 cm) between cling film.

Rinse strawberries, dry, cut in half. Chop cooking chocolate, melt in hot water bath. Dip berries in half. Dry.

Place 1 marzipan slab on each 1 pastry sheet, dust with cocoa, cut into 8 pieces, whip 200 g whipped cream until stiff. Decorate slices with berries, whipped cream, decorations and pistachios.
