Instructions:

For the chocolate cream, melt the chocolate together with the butter, stir in the sugar, then remove from the heat and let cool.

Cream the yolks with the brandy and mix with the melted chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate cream.

Pour into large champagne glasses, chill and garnish with whipped cream immediately before serving.
