Try this delicious pasta dish:
Remove peel from onion and garlic and dice. Chop the chili.
Sauté onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic, chili and spice powder, sauté 1 minute. Extinguish with soy sauce and rice wine, add chicken soup and simmer for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, cut pork into tender strips and pre-cook noodles according to package directions. Add meat, noodles and spinach to the clear soup, bubble heartily.
