Instructions:

Boil celery slices in water adding lemon juice and salt until semi-soft.

Remove and drain in a colander. Meanwhile, beat 1 egg until foamy and add salt.

Cover each celery slice with the folded ham, in which half a slice of cheese and about 4 cm of tomato paste from the tube have been spread.

Place the other halves on top and bread everything like a Wiener Schnitzel.

Fry the celery cordon bleu in hot oil until golden brown.
