A temptation you should definitely give in to 1. Mix together the mascarpone, sugar and eggnog until you have a smooth cream.

2. whip the cream until stiff and fold into the eggnog mascarpone cream.

Fill the cream into two metal cups or espresso cups. Freeze in the freezer for 2-3 hours. 4.

To serve, turn out the eggnog parfait onto dessert plates and decorate with chocolate mocha beans and/or chocolate rolls.
