Put flour and salt in a suitable bowl, cut cold butter into pieces and add. Rub everything quickly between your fingers until crumbly. Add water, knead the dough quickly, but only until it holds together. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Stir milk, cream, eggs, spices and garlic until well blended. Add cheese mixture.
Roll out the dough, spread it on the greased pie plate, spread the filling evenly on it. Bake in a 220 °C oven for half an hour.
