Instructions:

Cut vegetables and cook in salted water until tender. Sauté the onions and garlic in butter until translucent and deglaze with the soup. Stir QimiQ until smooth, add beaten egg and mix into vegetables. Pour vegetable mixture into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
