For the turkey escalope on braised vegetables, perform the following steps:
1. peel onions and cut into rings. Clean vegetables, rinse. Cut zucchini into small pieces. Halve or quarter tomatoes.
2. rinse meat, dry. Mix flour, paprika, a tiny bit of salt and pepper on a plate. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan. Turn cutlets in flour to the other side. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side. After 3 minutes, add onion rings and fry them as well.
3. Heat 1 tbsp. oil. Fry zucchini in it, add tomatoes and fry briefly. Wash tomatoes, cut into small pieces and add. Rinse and chop the kitchen herbs. Add kitchen herbs and capers to the vegetables. Steam for 2-3 minutes.
Season the vegetables with salt and freshly ground pepper. Arrange everything.
