Beat the soft fat until smooth. Add vanilla sugar, salt, sugar and eggs and mix until light and creamy. Finally, stir in flour, baking powder and lemon zest. The dough in a piping bag form and shapes squirt, each according to imagination, on a prepared tray. Bake at 180 degrees , approx.12 min. Decorate with hazelnut glaze or possibly cooking chocolate.
Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
