Instructions:

Cut the fish into small pieces and cook in lightly salted water for 6 minutes. Cut the okras into small pieces and add them.

Heat the oil and sauté the diced tomatoes, onions and garlic until soft. Add pumpkin seeds, pepper paste, chopped parsley, fish, okras and fish stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 7 min.

Stir well and simmer at reduced heat for another 4 min.

Additional dish: Sweet potatoes, yams, plantains or long grain rice.
